RANDOM DRAWING: During the Promotion Period, one winner will be randomly selected each month from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. CT on the 15th of that month. Random drawing will be conducted on or about  the 16^th of that month by Sponsor whose decisions will be final on all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning a random drawing prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

RANDOM DRAWING PRIZE: Eleven winners will each receive one BabyBjörn Babysitter Balance.   Prize will be awarded, provided a significant number of eligible entries are received and winner(s) will be notified by mail, telephone or email within ten days after the drawing. All winners must respond within five days following attempted notification by Sponsor or an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The prize will be shipped to the winner within 6-8 weeks after winner selection.  Sponsor will pay for shipping of the prize. Prize is nontransferable/no substitutions allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or change any element thereof, with or without notice at any time, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, printing errors, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify in its sole discretion any individual who tampers with the entry process, the Promotion, or who violates these Official Rules.

TAXES: All federal, state and/or local income taxes, if any, are the winner's sole responsibility.
