Children's names and ages: Allison, 1 year but often confused for younger because she was a preemie and is still small! If you write a blog, what is it? If not, what is your favorite blog/Web site? babymoonblog.com is a great site for travel-related baby info. Even when the time is wrong for a vacation, it’s fun to look at the pictures and dream! If you could vacation anywhere, where would you most like to take your children? Alaska in the summertime – to show her where her daddy grew up and experience the incredible beauty (I wouldn’t look forward to the long flight, though!) If you had a full day to yourself-no kids-what would you do? I would take a knitting class during the day and then whisk my husband away for a date night. What was your favorite childhood meal? Macaroni and cheese If you were a TV mom/dad, who would you be and why? I would like to have the warmth and strength of Caroline from Little House on the Prairie. What's the strangest thing you've found recently in your fridge, cupboards or junk drawer? My very first attempt at knitting from last year – still half finished… I need that knitting class! Who was your favorite Disney character growing up? Why? Belle, because I loved the music from Beauty and the Beast What did you want to be when you were little? An archeologist What item could you currently not survive without? My gas fireplace – our only source of heat when these snow storms knock out our power! How do you calm your children down?
